Update...I guess? lol

This is basically a conglomeration of different posts, just edited so they fit. I've mostly just taken the main subject of each post and...just read. >.< I'm seriously braindead right now.

Ahem.

So yeah. Anyways, a new blog background!!! Yes, I know I'm late announcing that. It's so pretty-doesn't really match FALL, per-se, but I still love it...all the pink, yellow and orange remind me of Asia and summertime...lol. I need to change it for fall soon, yeah...But I really like it. T.T
I've done several changes to the blog/organizing of different things here. I hope it looks reasonably better and less cluttered, hahaha.
Lately, I've been preparing for Christmas by experimenting with candy recipes and soap stuff. On one such candy exploit (I was baking pocky), I took a break while the dough was rising. This happened to me-

While waiting for my pocky dough to rise today, I decided that it would be a fun idea to see if I could find picture of anime characters with green eyes, particularly guys. Typically, you don't get anything to weird when you search this, but for some RANDOM and totally weird reason I got UNDERWEAR on page...5? I mean, seriously Google? Aren't there more pictures for you to display of anime guys with green eyes before you start displaying underwear? Honestly? I'm a girl, but even I was just a tad embarrassed there.

Ahem. I guess the only way to find the picture I was wanting is to draw it myself or go to some other site to look, lol
I almost feel as if I want everyone to make me Christmas lists or something! I only know what I'm doing for ONE friend, and that's only because I just know EXACTLY what to give her without having to even think about it...
I've also been writing quite a bit recently...this is just a little fragment, that I'm not sure I'll finish but will probably use later. It was just this fleeting feeling, and felt so perfect, I wanted to fly...or something like that.

A slight, cool breeze sneaks in; it's late, on an undoubtedly fall night. Something about this night whispers to me, but I don't know what it is.

And a poem that I wrote...
Just as soon as the words came...
 They disappeared.

Write the words, words that mean something
But they don't seem to come, no matter

Whatever I do, they're gone,
They're gone like the feeling in your song

Deep inside I know I must write
But it won't come out onto that endless white

And, the true goal of the post-To rant and rant and rant about NaNoWriMo. ^.^
It's true that I am part of those crazy people that love to write a 50,000 word novel in November. This year I really thought I wasn't going to do it, or wouldn't be able to pull it off, but I decided after much deliberation, that I would. Actually, it took a few of posts like this one-

As for your boy, I am a girl INFP but I have come to know many... a lot of them are the sensitive artist type. They tend to be extremely nice, well-intentioned boys who usually have some sort of talent (like writing perhaps!), but they are also shy. A shy dude isn't too different from a shy girl, really, just without the whole "cutesy" stigma. Its acceptable and cute to be a shy girl, but a shy guy is mostly just quiet and soft-spoken, and often has frustrations with this because guys are (according to society) supposed to be tough and manly and protective. Not that they aren't! My best buddy who is an INFP guy is protective, but not agressively so, if that makes sense. But the stigma of being agressive is seen as acceptable in society, so that can provide some frustration and so on, if you need to add that in. Think about how genders are "supposed" to act, and see how he compares... and maybe he doesn't care, but is frustrated that the girls all like the badboys when hes a genuinely nice guy and just is too shy to make any moves (for example).-Post on NaNo forums.

Ah, such a perfect description of those INFP boys. Quiet, artistic, sensitive, but longing to be able to compare to those bad boy types that get all the attention. This was truly a good motivation for me. I knew I wanted to write a novel about the different personalities-not directly about them, but about how people don't always get along with eachother, but can learn to appreciate eachother. I'm not going to go on one of my many long rants about how I make all of this work, but it really does. I'm extremely passionate about people and their differences, and in the past two days I've recently come up with a plot for one of the three main characters. I'll do another post on all of that soon.
*sigh* Some days, I feel like ISTJs  and INFP's follow me around or something. I know at least four ISTJ males (not including my dad), and at least three INFP males. I wonder why that happens...I don't really get along with them, I just sort of...tolerate them? I mean, I love them...but I just wonder why I know so many of them. Do we act like magnets to eachother or something? :P

Alright...off to write another post about my novel! YAY! You have two posts in one day to read, both of which are rambling nothings that you probably skip...oh, well. Enjoy if you can, reader.

Justin from Westmark

Justin...an indescribable presence. The angel and the devil; that's how Florian put it, and rightly so.
In the very essence of his being there is an anger, a hunger for revenge, for answers, for something to satisfy his endless plight. His violet eyes flash with fury, a look that many cannot understand.
It's no wonder Rina fell for him.
His past haunts him; he's his own ghost, as Theo remarked. He drifts along between the Justin that could have been, could be, but still is in between. A madman, but neither grovelling in self-pity, nor embarking on any killing sprees. Simply there; he does what occurs to him to do at the moment, and that can be one of many things, each dependant upon the past and his vengeance. He can only trust himself to carry out this vengeance, because no one else understands it.
Perhaps Florian understood it best. Either that, or he just allowed it to carry on without stopping Justin, which was as good as understanding.
His scar adds to his lack of sanity; a rippling, brightening and darkening mark down his forehead and cheek, reinforcing the expressions that cross his face, and telling a story without any words; a story of thoughtless, crazed valour, near-death incidence, and the reason behind the sandpaper dividing himself from Theo.
Things drop into Justin's mind and disappear, Florians says. His mind is an endless labyrinth; doors opening to hallways. Some are easily passed through, others haven't been opened in years and probably never will be opened again. He allows himself to forget those awful memories. They drop down into the darkness and are never seen again, or, they are changed; morphed into something at least half-better than it could have been. He has an uncanny ability for that, and after a while he loses track of when he started to believe his story as the truth.
He wants to destroy the monarchy. He wants to destroy the world. He wants his vengeance. He can't be contained until he has it. He's the devil.
He smiles and laughs and talks to people, with a winning 'charm' that most can't escape. He doesn't feel like he's hiding anything, because he isn't. He's the angel.

He's Justin.

Westmark rant. >.< I absolutely cannot get over Justin as a character. He's amazing in a way that I can't quite get out.

 Complex characters for the win.

Thoughts on Peter Pan

To describe myself right now...

I mean...when this stuff happens...I have my Tamaki moments more frequently. I can see all the atomic bombs destroying cities and the sun going dark...

Okay, so maybe not. =P

I have a cold. It's not a bad cold, but being sick in summertime is never fun. Then, I have...the issue-people pursuing me again.
Right now, I'm watching Peter Pan to distract myself.
Peter never stops laughing. Even after almost dying, he simply returns back to his care-free self in a matter of moments. I must admit I've never really met anyone like that, but he definitely does portray the ideal boy in a stretched and skewed sense.
Caught up in the fight, he forgets that Tigerlilly's life is in danger.
He finds the mermaids teasing of Wendy funny.
And he's oblivious to the fact that the way he interacts with Wendy, Tigerlilly and Tinker Bell will change how each of them thinks of him.
He plays all the time. It's all a big game to him, leaving the females his age frustrated at his inability to take responsibility for his actions and his desire to just have fun.

What I've never understood is why people just can't let boys be boys. Sure, Peter gets on my nerves to no end at certain points in the movie. But he's only a 10-12 year old boy, for gosh sakes! A little boy isn't aware of things like that.
Only after a boy matures into a man should a girl be expecting him to be acting like one. And that can happen at any time, and can take nearly ten years. (Shout out to you dudes-You might be 18 but you're probably far from grown-up. I don't say this because I have been through the experience [I am fifteen, no where near grown-up] but because I have a friend who HAS. Her opinion-you aren't grown up yet. Rather, the experiences and responsibilities thrust upon you after 18 turn you into a grownup. True wisdom!!!) Peter just isn't grown up yet (duh).
But Peter has his pride 'No one calls Pan a coward!' 'No! I gave my word.' and he gets very frightened when Tinkerbell almost dies 'You're the more important to me than the whole world!!!'. He's not oblivious to people and feelings...just slow.

In Peter Pan 2, the directors made him into a slightly more grownup boy; a bit more sensitive and not so carefree.

In the first movie, he manages to compromise with Wendy, in a way. She comes to see why he acts the way he does, while he redeems himself with a little chivalry and that slight glimpse of the man he could become one day.
In the second, Peter is 'older', and seems to make Jane conform more to him than he to her. I think that worked out better because he wasn't as boyish in that film. Rather, Jane was far too serious. In the second film, Jane is all ready to grow up, and Peter teaches her to be more childish.

Once again, I rant while watching a movie. >.< There's something about the shadow of the impish Peter, his feathered cap and pointed shoes outlined on a wall in the moon/candlelight is so exciting. The music plays in the background-Dum de DUM! and you know it's Peter Pan.

Young Justice Rant

(This rant is about Young Justice, the new superhero show on Cartoon Network. I know absolutely nothing about the real Justice League so if you're a fanatic...this is about Young Justice, which isn't based on any comics and is about the 'sidekicks' of the Justice League members, not the members themselves)

Well, I think anyone who's watching this show knows about Superboy. Since he is really one of those dark handsome boys that is bound to intrigue everyone, I decided to rant about him first.
So far, in the show, his history is thus-He was created by Cadmus via DNA stolen from Superman. Within a 16 week period he was formed, with Geognomes force-feeding information about the world that he would eventually come to live in.
 No parents.
 No family.
Unless of course you count old Superman...and I'll stop because from there on out things get really weird.
It's obvious he got his personality from his 'father'. Dark, brooding, slightly masochistic when he needs to be...he's just waiting for some poor girl to come along and put her all into drawing out that little sunshine she sees in his rare smiles. Now, is it just me, or is he just terribly ROMANTIC?!?!? XD He's the perfect romance novel character! He's got a past that's (somehow) hurt him, no family (oh really?), and absolutely no one to comfort him (well, he would if he'd only stop being such a monastic). Reality is in the parentheses, people!
Though as a character, I do like Superboy. He has some real depth. It's just that his character will need a little more work to please me completely. His type is just a bit cliche, though I tend to find some good things about them. When he does finally come out of his dark phase, I hope he stays nice and quiet. I really like how shy he is. >.<
I do with Miss Martian wouldn't waste her time on him, though...
As for Superman's place in all this, I wish he would step up to the plate. I never knew a Superman that was this duty-shirking and it drives me crazy. Putting myself in his shoes, I would be a little weirded out that this 'son' had been created without me even knowing or having any involvement in it, but that doesn't excuse the fact that he now has an obligation to teaching this boy what he needs to know so that he might, eventually, become a replacement. You have to plan ahead for the future be you from Krypton or not.

So that is my rant. Next week, after the newest episode of YJ, I guess I'll be doing another rant. And if at all possible, this time I shall write about Robin...who throughout time has never ceased to be somehow on my favorites list....

Just stop...

Have you ever stared at something that makes you upset to the core and said, passionately...

Just stop.

The truth of the matter is that we cannot stop things ourselves sometimes. The hopeful solution to this problem is, that God is in control. We don't need to worry ourselves out of our minds at night, thinking about those things we can't stop.

Recently, very very very special people in my life have been undergoing 'attacks' that are very disturbing to me. Internal, external, either way, these things are having a profound effect on the ones I love. I find myself saying 'Just stop!' quite often.
Aside from feeling totally helpless and unable to do anything, I also feel hurt. These people are not only friends to me. They are brothers and sisters in Christ. You hurt them, and you're indirectly hurting...me.

A man of too many friends comes to ruin,
But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. -Proverbs 18:24

I don't hate some of the people that are mistreating my friends; some of them are also my brothers and sisters in Christ. But that doesn't change the fact that they're still hurting them.

As I said earlier, thankfully, I have Christ to turn to. No matter what happens to people I love; whether they go rouge and stop talking to me, or are leaning on me for support (which I don't mind in the slightest) I can still pour it all out before Him and He does comfort me. I remember being totally amazed when one time I was very aggravated/hurt over the way someone was acting. I prayed that I would have peace over this particular person, and believe it or not, I didn't stay up till 2 the next morning worrying over it (a typical thing with me).

So, I guess through all my rambling I'm trying to say that nothing can happen that will wound you so much that Christ can't fix it. He's always there when you need someone to lean on, when it feels like the world is crashing down on you. This is a valuable lesson that I'm still learning.

In peace I will both lie down and sleep,
For You alone, O LORD, make me to dwell in safety. -Psalm 4:8

Besides all that, I'm sick with a cold, yet happy. One of my best friends is having a birthday. I'm so thankful he and his family moved here-they've been such a blessing. Knowing them for 8 years is a wonder to me. Normally, it seems that people come and go, never staying. But they have not. Moreover, I've found true friends in them; friends I would trust with anything if need be. They're just really awesome. ^.^

Oh! The Exaggeration (And thoughts on geeks)

Oh, the exaggeration I go through.

Oh, the exaggeration I create.

Oh, how funny it is sometimes

Oh, wherever can it originate?

^Random poems are fun things. I almost want to write one about geeks. Lately, I feel, and remember, a girls second calling is to exaggerate, that they are on the rise. No, wait. That they have almost conquered. Like a massive wave they have come upon us, and they have been recognized for their competence, their techiness, their intelligence, and their awkwardness.
It's been seen throughout history that people with a cause they feel passionate about, no matter how ostracized, are generally excepted by the majority at some point. This, I am afraid, is what has happened to geeks.
Just think about the comedy Chuck (which I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE aka not a good show in my opinion). See what I mean? Geeks are being widely recognized as cool and, since our culture has a habit of feeling that everyone and everything (no matter how odd or vile or just plain stupid), needs to be accepted, geeks are being, well, accepted.
What happens when a group so proud of their differences, their oddities, and their weirdness suddenly become mainstream? Why, they lose their set-apart nature and become normal, making room for another thing that has gone out of style to come back in.
Now, I will confess that computer geeks (as I am referring to as just 'geeks' in this post) are definitely *different* when compared to other groups that were/are considered different. They work with computers, something we never had before the 20th century. That's definitely ALWAYS going to set them apart from past 'weirdos'. But future ones? We'll see.
I also wonder what the next wave of strange to popular will be...

I guess I have to let you know that this isn't geek-bashing. My 'older brother'  (aka, best friend) is a comp geek and proud of it, too. This post is simply getting out a thought that has been on my mind for about three hours...and I hate to have things linger on my mind for too long when it's okay to let them out.
So, enjoy the rambling....sorry if I stepped on toes, I didn't mean to. I just meant to meditate for a while on the constant cycle of culture...how some people long for acceptance, and are accepted, and how others don't, and yet still get brought into the big circle of happy, loving and totally crazy people. >.<

Also, I've been thinking about my serious male characters lately and realized they aren't serious enough! I also realized that Adrian and Alastair's conditions are redundant, not similare, yet all I've written so far and all I will write further relies on their pasts. *groan* I guess I must keep plowing on...even if I hate the web I've weaved for myself to work with. =P
On the other hand, Royale and Ayame are doing well...even if Ayame is a bit cold with Royale right now. Hopefully she'll start to like him (and eventually love him) once he saves her life a few times. Hahaha
On another note, I like double chocolate brownies, and birthdays of other people (I don't like my birthday; it's annoying) and I also like staying over at other people's houses.

So there. *smiles*

Decisions...

She stood on the balcony, looking up at the stars. The entire countryside was quiet, like a room after someone has just passed away. The only sound was that of the crickets, singing the song of the world continuing on, not heeding her solitary pain and confinement.
She fingers the knife, thinking of the different choices she has. Be trapped forever, unified to one who will not care at all for her own interests, or be free from it all, leaving the only person she has left behind in this world.
Not a person could have heard his alighting on the scaffolding, and she did not hear him either, but rather felt the presence of one she had lost. For a moment, the person detains her in sealing her fate.
“Why do you linger here, young man? Did she send you?”
No reply but the steady chirping and the softest breeze. She wonders for just a moment if she is imagining the tingling on her spine, but suddenly he speaks. It is a deep, quiet sound, and she can picture his lips forming the words, although she does not dare turn to him.
“It will be inconvenient if you jumped; a broken body does not suit a beautiful wedding gown.”
“I will not jump.”
“And knives are only fitting in the hands of one such as she.”
“Of course. I do not plan to commit murder tomorrow, though I may tonight.”
“You shall not. I do not wish to interrupt non-existent wedding ceremonies.” He whispers, his hand slinking over and taking the dagger from her hands. She willingly lets him have it; she has nothing more to gain, nor lose.
“I am against all wedding ceremonies, but if you must have your way, my friend, then by all means...” She trails off, her next statement unnecessary. The wind rustles his clothing; loose folds of the deepest, darkest red, coordinated with black that cries of death. Her hair is tied up in a tight bun, else she would run her fingers through it in frustration, but instead she grips the necklace about her neck. In the quiet moment, memories of long ago are awakened, and words from dreams past echo inside her mind...I haunt your dreams. I am in your head and only awakened by your loneliness...And I won't leave you. I'll grant your greatest desire and never, never leave...

Join me...The voice whispers now. The ground looms below her.
Do not have second thoughts.” The figure says, and she turns to him. To her greatest surprise, he does not move, but continues to look off into the distance, stock-still in the starlight. Only a dark shape is his face, but she can map out every feature without any light to go by.
A breath in, a breath out, they stand in contrast, neither willing to leave, nor willing to let the other know how desperately they are struggling. He turns, stepping up on the railing. His foot rests there for a moment, and she stares at him, waiting. Will he leave, will he stay, the question hangs in the air, unspoken, but well understood.
I will not be ruled by anyone; neither him, nor you, nor that woman.”
I know.” He answers, a trace of his true self leaking through as he casts a look down at the ground. Then, in an instant he has blended into the surrounding blackness, a phantom of him still lingering in her vision.

Poem of Autumn and Winter

Just finished making cookies. I had thought of a good blog post, but then I kinda forgot what it was and am now just sitting here, staring at the white, wasting my time.

I'm hopeless!

Ah, I'm listening to Stolen by Dashboard Confessional right now...such a beautiful song, and conveying my feelings about Spring so acurately. Now, I wish I could find a Winter song that is as beautiful as this one!

I remember when I sat up in the hallway and listened to Stolen over and over again...it was just magical, as magical as when after Conference 2009 I listened to Clean Up Your Eyes by the Dykeenies over and over...just remembering what I had done and how much pure fun I had had.

I love summertime and springtime, but I want to be able to remember and love Autumn, too. I think the song that has conveyed September this year is Cry by Mandy Moore. October? I'm not sure; I guess something about the beach! Then, of course, November...I don't have a song for Autumn yet, I suppose! I'll keep looking! Maybe something beautiful will show up!

I wrote a poem about Autumn, here it is-

Bursting with color
I can't believe what he brings me
Baskets of wishes
And the possibilities that be

He greets me with a smile
He is one of my best friends
And holds out his hand for a while
Till the bright daylight ends

His sweater is tied
Around his middle
His t-shirt is tie-died
Red and stained a little

His hair is the color of fire
His eyes a playful green
I know my situation is dire
For his motifs cannot be seen

Taps on my window, never my door
Though I know he'll eventually go
The running and hiking will not be a bore
I'll muse upon it when the wind does blow

The coldest wind sweeps in from the West
Sending snow in, and chills up my spine
The sprite from before who seemed like the best
No longer lingers in this life of mine

I wonder, where has he gone?
The happy and bright
Fun-loving, carefree, thoughtful one
Fading from sunset into night

So while I stand in the cold and freeze
No longer a gentle nip,
The moment he does seize
To whisper of Autumn, just a bit

And even though the leaves are gone
Crunching under my boot-clad feet
He still manages to whistle a light song
And I am so glad we were able to meet

Autumn is playful to me. So disappointing to some, but to me...ah, he plays with my very heart. One day is bright, warm and enchanting, the next cold and dreary and sometimes so lonely...but each moment is so special, no matter the happiness or heartbreak. So I wrote this like a love story. Kinda. XD Autumn is also the month of my birthday. I though about writing this about another girl, but please...only women as seasons is just...too stereotypical for me! ^.^

Ah, even if things do seem hard right now, I'm excited about the rest of the year!!!!  December sounds hopeful...
We didn't get to see the meteors for my birthday, but we'll hopefully get to go in December, so that's one reason why I'm so excited! ^.^

-Argentia Krystofel,

And she walked away, grinning as Sagi and Genesis ran up to her and walked away with her, leaving the battle-scarred place and never coming back.

Of earbuds, books, and sisters...

So...my first pair of earbuds I kept for a year and they didn't have any issues. Then they broke, and I had, like, SIX pairs of earbuds/headphones/other such devices that either stopped working or I lost. Up until last January/February, when I had found a good pair of sound-reduction headphones that lasted a good six months. Then they quit, I thought my mp3 player was broken, ect, ect, Cyll gave me a pair of earbuds, but I lost those right before our trip to the beach. My dad very graciously stopped by his office right as we were leaving and got his headphone thingies and let me use them. I've been using them since the trip, but I realized I needed to give them back to dad, so I brought it up to him yesterday, and he told me he had already bought another pair of earbuds to replace the headphones. We decided to do a trade; his headphones for his earbuds, which wasn't really a trade at all, but very nice of my daddy. ^.^

I do have a question, though, for any of you who read my blog-HOW MANY EARBUDS/HEADPHONES HAVE YOU HAD TO DIE ON YOU, BEEN DESTROYED, OR LOST???????

It's kinda creeping me out how many I've been through....

Now, of books. So, I'm reading one of those books that seem like their going to be a...well, one of those...hard for me to understand books. Not like a dry old History book, but like a...boy's book, to be blunt. It's a boy's book.

So, why am I not sitting there, glued to it, about to die from the suspense?

  1. I already get some of the plot. I can see the characters lining up, people! I can see the need that this character will play, what that character will play. Not exactly, of course, I'm only on chapter 2, but....that guy will be needed, that guy...we aren't gonna see him again. That guy? Idk.
  2. There aren't enough cliff hangers yet. I'm bored.
  3. ...something about the writing style irritates me
So there. I'll read it after NaNoWriMo.

Now, of sisters.

Rainy Evenings In France

She stared out the window into the rainy twilight. A storm had just passed, cooling the warm summer air to a comfortable temperature. Down in the garden below her window fireflies were flying up from the ground, blinking silently among the leaves of the dark apple tree. Amidst all the red roses was a single orange one, washed by the rain and swaying lazily in the breeze. Ailith could still hear the thunder in the distance and she thought that maybe another storm was coming through the area.
Laughter broke the silence; which wasn't really silence due to the mewing of a cat, squealing of a few pigs across the street and the ballad of a minstrel in the bar below her room. But the laughing caught Ailith's attention, and she turned to see a girl with chocolate brown, curly hair walking arm-in-arm with a boy who appeared to be cracking jokes with her. He pointed toward the garden and her face suddenly grew serious as he walked over and picked one of the small purple violets growing in the stone wall. He presented the violet to her, shaking a stray strand of blond hair out of his face as he did so. It was a simple motion, but obviously pleased the girl even more than the violet, because she laughed as she wiped her hands on her dark red dress and took the flower. Fitting it in her hair, she took his arm once more. They continued down the street, and Ailith heard her exclaiming-"Caelan! That's not funny!" but laughing all the same.
It began to drizzle a few minutes later, and Ailith found herself hoping it wouldn't ruin the evening stroll of the two laughing teens. She even found herself wishing that she could be doing the same somewhere; laughing and strolling along with her friends. The image of those she had lost crept into her mind, but the lightning flashed and thunder clapped loudly at that moment, the downpour that followed clearing her mind to the nothingness that it was beforehand. Ailith turned away and headed back downstairs; Kyle would be wondering where she was.

Ramble there. ^.^; Gotta love my writing, though. An idea I came up with a while back. Just filled it out a bit and Voila!
Anyways, it has been raining a lot in my area. It feels like fall! ^.^ I wrote that about summer, though, but it's still rain! XD I've got my grandparent's keyboard and am enjoying practicing on it. It's fun...but I like the touch of a piano better. >.<
I've been sort-of brainstorming on an idea for a picture, but it currently hasn't come to anything except more questions about details. I also feel like writing in the RP, because this was the kind of weather last year that I thought the most about the RP, and around the same time, too. I'm really ready for fall. :)
Well, nothing much else to say!

Return to Neverland vs. Peter Pan

So I decided, that even with my crowded schedule, I would participate. ^.^ I am a crazy person.

I must admit it now, I guess. Although I have been seeing many Peter Pan posts concerning the live-action movies throughout the ages, my heart has always been with the Disney version.
I am a true lover of animation, I supppose. XD

When I was very little, we had an older version of Peter Pan, but I'm not sure which one it
was...our VHS player ate the tape. I do remember that
Peter was played by a girl, and there was a lot of singing and flying on black wires. :P I did miss the tape after it broke, but forgot about Peter Pan for a long time after that.
Then, when I was about 8, I somehow watched the second Disney movie, Return to Neverland, at a friends house. It continues to be my favorite version of Peter Pan to this day. Yes, the original story was great, but Wendy always irritated me. Way to girly, probably because I'm a tomboy. That's why Jane appealed to me.
Plus, the second movie gives a different perspective on the story, one of a child grown up before her time. It is easier to relate to Jane, in my opinion, because nowadays so many people don't take any time out of their day just to be imaginative and look at things in a 'magical' perspective. Jane has to learn to be more fun, and the second movie really stresses the 'Faith, trust, and Pixie dust!" saying that is almost lost in the first Disney adaption, being said only once, I do believe.
I found some really cool pictures, too...I'm a sucker for cool pictures. Art is a big thing with me, and I HOPE can get good sketch or two, based on the second Disney film, up by Saturday.

P.S. I have finished my Chautauqua drawings and only need a title for one of them. Let's pray that I win! :)

Barbeque?

So I actually had fun at a social event? Wha-?

lol, I didn't have to socialize much. Corey did it for me. :P

Corey and Jenner are two guys that I have spent quite a bit of time with at my grandparent's social events. XD I don't like parties, but when you have some funny people to talk with, they are more fun.

Then, tonight, there were Jacob, Logan, Caleb and Audrey, as well. I made many aquaintances! I liked meeting these new people...especially Jacob! He was a lot of fun, and only a month younger than me...lol.

Well, hope you are all doing well~

I have been kicking off summer with a BANG!!! Loving it, too! Hontoni shiawase da~!

Done!

Done cleaning at Dad's office. Ah, feels nice to have finished. And yes, I am on his secretary's computer. XD

I am definitely excited about the Reformed Family Bible Conference coming up in June. I can't wait for summer to officially be here, too.

So...yeah. Nothing much has been going on. We made candy last night. It was watermelon flavored. Pictures when I get home. :)

I've been writing. Perhaps I'll post what I've written at some point. My Dad put OpenOffice on Mom's computer, so I have had a program to write with. I've done character profiles for both Perekin and Talfryn Leclair, and as soon as I can finish cleaning my room today, I'll be writing up one for Ailith, too.

So, yeah. Is it just me, or am I writing this post to no audience? Yeah, I thought so. Blogger world is dead, people. I miss getting comments. T.T

Sweet Summer

Will it come soon? I'm counting down the days till June 21st...counting down the days until Summer is officially here. But you know what? I pretty much call Spring an 'Early Summer'.
Btw, sorry guys, I'm a sun shining, sweating like crazy, Gatorade-chugging, Popsicle licking, playing soccer, swimming, watermelon eating Summer FREAK. I love it. I even spent two hours making a calender to count down to June 21st. It's all colorful and stuff.
So I do believe my blog colors are getting changed. And the name has got to change too. I wish I could name it 'Barefoot Boy' after a poem I read, but I'm not a boy. :P Maybe I should call it Whisper of The Heart, after the movie.

But anyway...my art is having trouble. It's annoying. :P

There is only one problem. I don't want Allen-kun to go AWAAAAYYYY!

Gomen. Please forgive the otaku fangirl.

Something random I did during school. Don't kill me, Cyll. *dodges expected blows*

Hey! I got more drawings! The one to the left is my version of Scarlett from G.I. Joe Sigma 6. Contact me if you want me to send you the story that goes with it.

Well, got to go. Sorry my visit to Blog-world was short. ^.^

Valentine's Day?

Well, I'm too young to be wanting a significant other quite yet, so I don't really want chocolate or something from a boy on Valentine's.

I wanna stuff snow down the back of his shirt. Yeah, that's what I'm interested in.

Let's hope it's sunny Sunday, so we can really have a good snowball fight. :P

With quite a bit of slush. Mwuahahahaha...

Anyway, I have been drawing like a mad-woman for the past two months, but have forgotten to post any of the pics.

I gotta change that someday...actually, it's my Valentine ambition to draw Ailith so much that I will be able to have a group pic done by March. Then I MUST do this pic for the awesomely patient Nate. He's been waiting for several months now. Argh.

Then there's another of Katell that I really must do for Sir_F....I told him I couldn't a few weeks ago, but now I'm feeling bad about turning down that awesomely patient person, as well.

Adrian on the left, Kyle below.

Two handsome teenagers.

Then Zechs. I copied this picture.

Gris below.

Chibi Gris and Kyle arguing. Love drawing Chibis...♥

Gris again, smiling. I'd never drawn him smiling before, so I decided to try it.My little sister, Lillian.

And at the very top of the post is an embarrassed Gris blushing.
Btw, if you have a Facebook, I am on there and upload pics there more often than here.

Oh my gosh! It's-it's...

SASUKE/SPIDER-MAN!!! UWAAAHHHH!!!! He's so handsome!!! :P

:P Sorry, I HAD to post this. If you don't watch Naruto, you won't get it.

So, Sasuke is an awesome dude, right? I hate to break it to you, but this is the only thing of him that I think is awesome. He DRIVES ME NUTS!!! Get outta here, Sasuke! He's the only reason I don't watch Naruto much. Sasuke just messed everything up...T.T

Anyway, Sasuke-Man is much cooler, and I hope you enjoy this trailer.

Did I mention I've never seen a Spider-Man movie in my entire life? LOL

I'm Back! (Sort-of)

Konichiwa, everyone!!! Hope you're all doing well! Gomen for being absent so long!
I am now fourteen! A few things about my birthday celebration-The Dorito chips were spicy.
The lemon bars looked like cornbread.
Cylleruion Gwaithovorn has an interesting set of cards.
It's fun to eat breakfast to Weird Al's White and Nerdy.

RANDOMNESS IS COOL, isn't it??? :P

I have been drawing a lot lately. Here are some of the drawings.
  1. Two characters from an RP I am in.
  2. A character from my story. (Which I am no longer posting. T.T Gomen nasai...)
  3. The same RP characters.
  4. A request from a friend. She is drawn from a character in FMA, and she's eviiiiilllll. :P
  5. Another RP drawing. He's a character I haven't yet written but am excited about. I won't be able to start writing him until I get to a certain point in the storyline, but I'm super excited about that and wish I could get there sooner.
Also, I will only be posting once a week (on Friday) from now on. School, drawing, writing, and some new things I am hoping to be taking on in the new year. Pray for me, it's going to take lots of practice and determination to learn to play the piano! I have tried twice and been unable to do it, so I hope I can this time! I'm a lot older, so that might help.

One last thing-I changed my username to Argentia because someone else has the username Autumn and I didn't want any confusion. :)

Enjoy your week everyone!!!

♥ Argentia

IMPORTANT Question about story!!!

So I'm back from Conference. It was very fun!

And I have a question-Should I change the way I spell Royal?
I can spell it Royall or Royale. I really would like to change it, so from those two choices which one do you like best?

Hopefully I can edit this and add the next installment of my story soon. I would really like to have everyone's opinion before that, though...so...

COMMENT AND TELL ME IF YOU ARE THE LEAST BIT STILL INTERESTED!!!!!!!!! *dies of trying to decide* :P

Your comment need not include anything but Royall or Royale. That is all. Maybe I should just do a poll...

EDIT: Alright, so I've waited all night and almost all day. I've written all night and almost all day(not really). You can still give me your opinion. But I am going to go ahead and post the next part of the chapter.

Fantasy-I have edited that first part. I hope to change that last post. Details to find it are below.

IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ-:P That sounds like a warning label. I have added tags to all of my posts recently. To find my story, just type 'story' in at the search bar at the top of my blog page and it will come up.

Alright parts...something, something and something! *Does not remember numbers*
Oh, 4&5! That's right! Whoa, now I need to right more. But I've written all daaaaaayyyyy. Oh, well. On to more as soon as I am back from grandparents. Yes, I am going down again. This time is the last for a while, though.

The passage was cool and damp and a strange white-pink color, like the inside of a cockle shell. The walls were very slippery. The staircase kept going down and down and down. Adrian wondered why Royal had mistaken Starr for an elf. He hoped Orion would fair well with the young friend of Royal’s. He had agreed to take Orion down a path that was firm enough, and hopefully make it to their destination. Adrian’s head felt heavy. Maybe it was the depth and pressure. He had been thinking about Misti so much today, maybe it was making his brain heavy. He seriously believed she could do that to someone sometimes. His thoughts buzzed around so fast and noisily he could not comprehend it all. He felt hazy, like when you have been out in the hot sun for too long.
Suddenly, he slipped on a damp spot of the stair case.
Down, down he kept going. He numbly heard Starr scream. He felt slow, and he just kept going down and down and down. Yet, suddenly his senses went alive. Adrian tried to stop himself, but his hand slipped again.
Yep, Misti had killed him, he thought as he fell. He was certain he felt his bones being broken, but he did not know which. It was all so fast, yet so slow. Rolling over and over himself, flailing madly, the haziness beginning to take hold of him.
CRACK. His head banged a step for what he thought was the millionth time. He felt sleepy and heavier than ever. He felt no pain, and yet he kept going down and down and down into darkness. Everything went black.
***
The most lovely smelling breeze was blowing, and beautiful sunlight was spilling over him. Adrian thought it must be his home in the South, even though he hadn’t opened his eyes yet.
He did, and saw to his astonishment that it was not warm, or beautiful. Instead of being in the home he had thought he would be in, he was laying still and cold at the bottom of something. He lay in total darkness, wondering where he was and why. Then it flooded back.
“I-if I call them. They-should-come.” He gasped, trying to organize his thoughts as immense pain shot all over him. He had felt this before, and knew with dread that he had most likely broken his right arm again. He tried to roll over onto his back, but his bruised body would not let him. So he lay on his side for the longest time, crying silent tears of pain. He never felt that crying was weakness. In fact, he had never come in contact with the theory.
After a while, he managed to muster some strength, and called in a rasping voice.
“Starr?!” It sounded like a whisper in this cave. Then, something soft and far away called out. He tried again.
“Starr! Royal!” A bit better.
“Adrian? Adrian! Is that you? Where are you?”
“Here! At the bottom!”
“Hold on, we’re trying to get there!” Royal called a bit louder than Starr had.
“Yes.” Adrian barely whispered, he was so breathless. He heard footsteps, slowly and cautiously entering. He saw light, and then that they were in a small room, circular, and on the left side of the steps was a door.
Starr bent down, and tried to pull his right arm out from under him, but when sharp pain seared through him, Adrian screamed for her to stop.
“Then what can I do?” Starr asked him, worry creasing her brow.
“Through this door we can get help.” Royal began. “If Master Adrian just lies very still, then we might find some of my family to help him.”
“Well, alright, but you had better know what your doing.” Starr declared, standing up and walking toward the door.
“He knows.” Adrian assured her as the candlelight disappeared.
He was alone in the dark. For now.

Gomen nasai for it being so short. The next part still has some wrinkles I am trying to iron out. Hope you enjoyed!
